1.Prohibition of Corruption and Bribery

In all business relationships, sound and proper practices shall be maintained. Any form of corruption, extortion, embezzlement, or bribery is strictly prohibited.

2.Prohibition of Abuse of Dominant Position

We shall not exploit our position as a purchaser or client to unilaterally determine or change transaction terms, impose unreasonable demands or obligations, or otherwise cause disadvantage to suppliers. Procurement transactions shall be conducted in good faith, fairly, and equitably, based on contracts and agreements.

3.Prohibition of Improper Provision or Receipt of Benefits

In relationships with stakeholders, we shall not provide or receive gifts, prizes, monetary rewards, or entertainment beyond the limits permitted by law or accepted social norms, as such acts could be construed as bribery. Furthermore, we shall not engage in insider trading, such as buying or selling securities based on material, non-public information concerning customers or other business partners.

4.Prohibition of Anti-Competitive Practices

We shall not engage in activities that hinder fair, transparent, and free competition. This includes cartels (e.g., agreements with competitors on prices, volume, or sales territories) and bid-rigging (e.g., collusion with other bidders on tender prices). 5.Providing Accurate Product Information

We provide consumers and customers with accurate information regarding our products. Beyond legal compliance, necessary information concerning product content and usage shall be appropriately disclosed.We also establish and maintain systems for collecting and communicating information about product defects.

6.Respect for Intellectual Property

We protect our own intellectual property rights and respect those of third parties. We shall not illegally acquire or use intellectual property, nor infringe upon the rights of others.The transfer of technology and know-how shall be conducted in a manner that respects and protects intellectual property rights.

7.Information Disclosure

We disclose information necessary for fair transactions to our stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner.
Such disclosures shall comply with relevant laws and industry practices. Furthermore,records within the supply chain must not be falsified, and false reports on business conditions are prohibited.

8.Prevention and Early Detection of Misconduct

To prevent misconduct, we provide education and awareness programs for our employees and foster an open workplace culture.Internal and external reporting channels are established to enable management to detect misconduct at an early stage.We protect the confidentiality of whistleblowers, ensure they are treated appropriately, and strive to address any misconduct promptly.

9.Elimination of Anti-Social Forces

We sever any relationships with anti-social forces and groups that threaten the order and safety of civil society. We shall not provide any improper benefits to such entities.
